Traveling from Houston Texas, Aerron + Manuel wandered about two mountain towns, Telluride and Ouray Colorado. This is their interview, bits of their Lover’s Tales, and snippets of advice… shining like the big and bright stars above. Casting twinkling soft light on the darkness below. This blog was originally posted on our old website, in 2020. It was copied over, but never really filled out correctly. So this is Telluride Colorado Couple Photography.
This is an extraordinary tale with incomparable love that is art.
Tale as Old as Time:
Telluride Colorado Couple Photography.
Before we get started with this couple’s interview, let’s visit the history of the land.
“Telluride, a former Victorian mining town in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, is set in a box canyon amid forested peaks at the base of a popular ski-and-golf resort. The town’s historic district houses landmarks like the Sheridan Opera House, a performing-arts venue originally built in 1913, and the Telluride Historical Museum, which showcases local history in a converted hospital built in 1896.”
However, that is just the overall synopsis.
They say a name can speak volumes to the soul.
Telluride.
The first tidbit explains the name, is from tellurium minerals found.
Second, says “to hell you ride” due to how extraneous the drive was to get to Telluride.
Honestly, the road might be paved today, it is still narrow.
Today the town does not lure people with silver and gold, but rather mountain views and memories.
One of our friends states, “Once you been, you tend to return. It never leaves your system.”
And gotta say as Telluride Colorado plays a large part in our own Lover’s Tale…
We simply agree.
The both of us, often joke that even if we move base to a different state or country…
We would still return to Telluride.
Both in memories and in person.
Each Destination Elopement or Couple Photography and Videography we get to capture in Telluride Colorado…
We hope we give Telluride’s version of a wanderlust bite to return to everyone with who we make art from their love.
“Wait for someone who loves you differently. One who can see the fire in your soul, the child in your laugh, and the ocean in your heart.”

Lover’s tale of Aerron and Manuel
As it was previously mentioned these two were visiting all the way from Houston Texas!
What was not mentioned was that they drove, ALL THE WAY.
So 17 hours and 43 minutes of driving one way… just to drive another hour to Telluride Colorado.
Then to drive alllllll the way back down to Houston.
So like nearly 40 hours of driving.
That is some true adventuring, exploring, and wandering.
So time for the first few questions!
M: Colorado, to see the mountains and have an adventure together.
B+B: Ah, call of the mountains, it is a siren of the Earth! They always make us feel like we are miles from the city, and reset everything!
Question #2

“Meeting you was like listening to a song for the first time and knowing it would be my favorite. – purelovequotes.com “
Read more lovers’ tales at Worldwide Elopement Visuals Beehive Blog, or simply keep reading this Telluride Colorado Couple moment.

So this moves us right along to question numero tres! With this Telluride Colorado Couple Visual Session.
Ben and Becca: So what was the first date?
Then what was your Favorite moment from it? Did you kiss?
A: I went to his house and we watched scary movies while drinking beer. I’m not always one to kiss and tell but yes we did kiss. He did the classic putting his arm over my shoulder thing and from there it was kismet.
M: Beer and movies and a gentleman never tells. (We did) 🤫
B+B: Ah this is a classic story for this Telluride Colorado Couple.
“And then I met you, and slowly but all at once my whole world began to change.”
-R.M. Broderick
Now this moves this Telluride Colorado Couple Visual Session into question number four!
Ben and Becca: What is the advice you would give to a couple struggling in their chapters of tribulations?
A: First, Relationships are roller coasters with all the good there will be bad. The important thing is being able to communicate with each other.
M: Talk with each other and realize that you both just want what is best for the both of you. Neither one of you wants to hurt the other and that is what most people in a relationship think when they are fighting.
Ben and Becca: Now these Telluride Colorado Couple’s answers are strong like the mountains they are visiting. Our favorite part is remembering the other one is not actively trying to hurt you.
In Addition to this Telluride Colorado Couple’s fire statements, WE’v decided to turn up the sweetness dial. After all, they are honeybees in our hive and their tale is as sweet as honey!
Ben and Becca: When did you know you were in love? When did you want to say “I love you”?
A: We knew early on that there was chemistry. Within two weeks we were saying I love you. We were attached to the hip (and still are) but we wouldn’t spend time apart if possible.
M: After waking up next to her one morning I couldn’t resist the urge to say it.
B+B: Okay savor that sweetness, next question.
What are the 5 best qualities of your partner? And Why?
A: He is strong not only physically but mentally. There are times when I struggle with opening something and times when I need someone to lean on and he is always there for me. He is intelligent. If he wants to learn more about something he will spend time researching the subject and will tell me all about it too.
He has a good sense of humor. I often find him chuckling to himself because he remembers certain things and he has the best stories to share. He also has a quick wit so be prepared for a funny comeback. He is a cuddle bug. I always like being close to those I love and he is just as much of a cuddle bug as I am. He is handsome to boot. That is just an added bonus! There are more qualities I love about him but these are the ones that stick out to me.
M: Brains, humor, creativity, adventurous, and beauty.
B+B: We believe tea tastes better with honey, and these sweet words definitely made this beehive blog of a Lover’s Tale… perfect.
Time to wrap up with one final question, let’s return to how this Lover’s Tale blog got started…
Traveling Advice for fellow Lovers?
A: Budgeting is good but be willing to add some cushion for the fun surprises like a place you see and want to stop at or a food place that wasn’t planned but you really want to try.
M: Find a B&B’s not hotels.
“i love every bit of you.
not just the pressed
and polished parts that the
world makes assumptions
about, but more so the
ragged and tattered parts
that you hide from them
because you don’t think
they would understand.
I love all the pieces
that make up who you are.
I’m not exactly sure
what real love is, but
I think it’s a lot like
that.”

Ah, another one bites the dust.
And another one down,
Another one bites the dust.
That Lover’s Tale from
this Telluride Colorado Couple
Visual (Photo and + Video) art-making session
just has us swooning.
We call our clients honeybees for a reason… their love is the best type of honey.
Raw, locally sourced, and shared with many all while making the tea taste like comfort.
Aloha Lovers,
Where is your lover’s tale taking us?
Till Next Buzz, honeybees!
BYYYYEEEEEEEEEE,
Gotta go make art from love as an artist with a camera.
I never realized that Telluride was “to hell you ride”! That’s so interesting! But it’s really such an amazing place. Love these artistic photos and their story!
We fancied that tidbit too! We had no clue but it was too cool not to include!
Thanks for the artistic compliment!
Great storytelling! Appreciate the traveling advice.
Good traveling advice are the gold nuggets that help life move slowly!
What a beautiful love story! So cool that they drove all the way from Houston to explore beautiful Colorado. I love how you captured their joy <3
That is a long and sometimes brutal drive! But we feel like Colorado is definitely worth it!
Very cute story. I’ve lived in Houston and yeah… there are no opportunities to see the mountains. Texas is mostly flat.
So have we, lived in Houston… the only mountains are the different-sized bumpers in rush hour traffic when it is rubbernecking lookie look at an accident!
Such a cute story behind this couple session!
Thank you!!
The gondala ride looks like so much fun!
It is our favorite part of telluride!
This information about Telluride is great – I didn’t know it comes from the phrase “to hell your ride.” The couple interview is great, and they seem so sweet! Nice work!
